Terms of Service

Welcome to our salon! Before we begin, we would like to go over our terms of service with you. 


First, we kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are running late, please give us a call to let us know. 


We also ask that you provide us with any relevant information about your hair, such as previous treatments or allergies, so that we can ensure your safety and satisfaction. 


We do require a deposit for booking with us. That is to reserve your spot. It will go towards the total of your service cost when we have finished your service. 

In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee. 


Lastly, we strive to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all of our clients. We kindly ask that no children come with you to your appointment. We use chemicals and sharp tools that we do not want your precious littles to get hurt with.
